TKY Studio（以下「当方」）は、ゲームアプリ「Arrow Unwind」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名、住所、電話番号などを直接取得しません。本アプリの提供、品質改善、不具合調査、広告配信およびお問い合わせ対応のため、次の情報を取得または外部サービスへ送信する場合があります。
- ゲームの進捗、設定、プレイ中の状態、タイムチャレンジの記録、周回情報
- アプリの起動、画面表示、ステージ開始・クリア・中断、ヒント利用、ミス回数、コンボ数などの操作情報
- 端末の種類、OS、アプリバージョン、言語などの技術情報
- クラッシュ、エラー、スタックトレースなどの障害情報
- 広告表示、広告取得結果、広告に関する同意状態などの広告関連情報
- お問い合わせ時の確認のためにアプリ内で生成するユーザー識別ID
ユーザー識別IDは、利用者をアプリ内で区別するためにランダムに生成される文字列です。アプリをアンインストールすると削除され、再インストール時には新しいIDが生成されます。
2. 端末内に保存する情報
ゲームの進捗、設定、プレイ中の状態、タイムチャレンジの記録、周回情報、広告同意に関する状態などは、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除される場合があります。
3. 利用目的
取得または送信する情報は、主に次の目的で利用します。

4. 外部サービス
本アプリでは、次の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。これらのサービスによる情報の取扱いは、各提供元のプライバシーポリシーおよび利用条件に従います。
- Google AdMob: 広告配信、広告効果測定
- Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）: GDPR、米国州規制などに関する広告同意管理
- Firebase Analytics: 利用状況の分析、機能改善
- Firebase Crashlytics: クラッシュや不具合の調査
5. 広告、同意管理およびトラッキング
本アプリでは広告を表示するため、広告ID、IDFA、端末情報、広告表示に関する情報などが、Google AdMobその他の広告関連サービスを通じて取り扱われる場合があります。対象地域の利用者には、Google UMPを通じて広告や個人データ利用に関する同意フォームが表示される場合があります。
iOSでは、AppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）に基づき、他社のアプリやWebサイトを横断したトラッキングの許可を求めるシステムダイアログが表示される場合があります。利用者は端末設定から許可状態を変更できます。
広告に関する同意が必要な地域において、必要な同意が得られていない場合でも、ホーム画面やアプリ情報画面など、本アプリの一部画面は利用できます。ただし、ゲームを開始しようとした時点で同意が確認できない場合、ゲームプレイへ進めない場合があります。
対象地域では、アプリ情報画面の「プライバシー設定」から同意内容を確認または変更できる場合があります。利用者は、同意後に再度ゲームを開始できます。
6. 第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を利用者の同意なく第三者へ販売または提供しません。前項の外部サービスへの送信は、サービス提供に必要な範囲で行われます。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。保護者の方が不適切な情報取得に気づいた場合は、お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
8. 方針の変更
機能、利用サービスまたは法令の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy explains how TKY Studio ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in the game application Arrow Unwind (the "App").
Information we may collect
The App does not require account registration and does not directly ask for your name, address, or phone number. To provide and improve the App, investigate issues, serve ads, and respond to inquiries, we may collect or transmit the following information:
- Game progress, settings, active game state, time challenge records, and loop information
- App launches, screen views, stage starts, clears, abandons, hint usage, mistakes, combo counts, and similar gameplay events
- Device type, OS, app version, language, and similar technical information
- Crash reports, errors, stack traces, and other diagnostic information
- Advertising ID, IDFA, ad impressions, ad load results, consent status, and other information handled through advertising or consent management services
- A random in-app user identifier used for inquiry support and analytics
The random user identifier is used to distinguish users within the App. It is removed when the App is uninstalled, and a new identifier is generated if the App is installed again.
Data stored on your device
Game progress, settings, active game state, time challenge records, loop information, and consent-related state are generally stored locally on your device and may be removed when the App is uninstalled.
How we use information
We use collected or transmitted information mainly for the following purposes.

Third-party services
The App may use Google AdMob for advertising, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for privacy and consent messages, Firebase Analytics for usage analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics for crash diagnostics. Their handling of information is governed by Google's policies.
Privacy and Security in Firebase
Ads, consent, and tracking
The App may use advertising identifiers, IDFA, device information, and ad interaction information through AdMob and related services. Depending on your region, Google UMP may display consent forms for GDPR, U.S. state privacy regulations, or other applicable privacy requirements.
On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt may be shown to request permission for tracking across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this permission in your device settings.
If required advertising consent is not available in your region, you may still be able to use parts of the App, such as the home screen and App information screen. However, if consent cannot be confirmed when you try to start a game, gameplay may be blocked.
Where applicable, you may reopen privacy settings from the App information screen, review or change your choices, and then try to start the game again.
Purpose and disclosure
We do not sell collected information. We disclose information only where required by law or as necessary for the services described above.
Children and updates
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy as features, services, or laws change.
