本規約は、TKY Studio（以下「当方」）が提供するゲームアプリ「Arrow Unwind」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 利用許諾
当方は、利用者に対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的に利用する、非独占的・譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。
2. 禁止事項
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリ、サーバーまたは第三者の権利・利益を侵害する行為
- 不正アクセス、妨害、改変、チートその他通常の利用を逸脱する行為
- 本アプリの全部または一部を無断で販売、再配布、貸与する行為
- ストア規約または端末の利用条件に違反する行為
3. 知的財産権
本アプリに含まれるプログラム、デザイン、文章、画像、名称その他のコンテンツに関する権利は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
4. セーブデータ
ゲームの進捗等は利用者の端末内に保存されます。端末の故障、機種変更、アプリの削除、OSの動作その他の事情によりデータが失われる場合があります。当方は、法令上認められる範囲で、その消失について責任を負いません。
5. サービスの変更・停止
当方は、品質改善、保守、法令対応その他の必要に応じて、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を一時停止・終了することがあります。
6. 広告およびプライバシー同意
本アプリでは、広告が表示される場合があります。また、広告配信、広告効果測定、プライバシー保護に関する法令や各プラットフォームの要件に対応するため、同意フォームや確認画面を表示する場合があります。
広告またはプライバシーに関する同意が必要な地域において、必要な同意が得られていない場合でも、ホーム画面やアプリ情報画面など、本アプリの一部画面は利用できます。ただし、ゲームを開始しようとした時点で同意が確認できない場合、ゲームプレイへ進めない場合があります。
対象地域では、アプリ情報画面のプライバシー設定から同意内容を確認または変更できる場合があります。
通信状態、広告配信サービスの状況、端末設定、同意状態などにより、広告の表示、同意フォームの表示、または一部機能の利用ができない場合があります。
7. 免責事項
当方は、本アプリが常に正確、安全、完全または中断なく利用できることを保証しません。当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、法令上認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
8. 規約の変更
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は、本ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
9. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する紛争については、日本の法令に従い管轄裁判所を定めます。

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Arrow Unwind (the "App"), provided by TKY Studio. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited conduct
You must not violate laws, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the App, gain unauthorized access, cheat, tamper with normal operation, or sell, redistribute, or lend the App without permission.
Ownership and saved data
The App, including its software, design, text, images, names, and other content, is owned by TKY Studio or its respective rights holders. Game progress is generally stored on your device and may be lost due to device failure, device transfer, app deletion, operating-system behavior, or similar circumstances.
Ads and privacy consent
The App may display ads. We may show consent forms or confirmation screens to comply with advertising, privacy, legal, or platform requirements.
If advertising or privacy consent is required in your region and the required consent is not available, you may still be able to use parts of the App, such as the home screen and App information screen. However, gameplay may be blocked when you try to start a game.
Where applicable, you may review or change your choices from the privacy settings in the App information screen. Network conditions, ad service availability, device settings, and consent status may also affect ad display, consent forms, or feature availability.
Changes, availability, and disclaimer
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App when reasonably necessary for quality improvements, maintenance, legal compliance, or other operational reasons. The App is provided without a guarantee that it will always be accurate, secure, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Jurisdiction will be determined under applicable Japanese law.
